About APPF

American Pacific Plastic Fabricators is a privately owned domestic contract manufacturing company with 20 years experience making a wide range of specialized products from flexible PVC and urethane film and sheeting. These products are used in medical, military, aerospace and consumer industries. APPF operates a modern 65,000 square foot facility with radio-frequency sealing equipment ranging from 4kW to 50 kW. Our capabilities also include hot stamping, industrial sewing, die cutting, silk-screen printing and vacuum forming of PVC and urethane. We also have quilting equipment, with in line computer drive panel cutters and specialized skills related to the installation of count tooth zippers where parts need to be interchangeable and replaceable.

We own 11 US patents that cover improvements to products used in the mattress industry, including foam and innerspring mattresses with interchangeable components, airbeds, waterbeds, composite adjustable firmness foam mattress and other diverse products like Naval gunfire target balloons.

APPF was established in 1987 and serves customers in over 30 different countries including the English Royal Navy, US Navy, Navy Seals, Malaysian Navy, Indian Navy, Walt Disney, Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach, Irvin Aerospace, Aquadynamic of Switzerland, Sealy of Japan, Hartwell Medical, Simmons US, Sealy US, Nautilus Air Beds, Sleep Train and Mattress Discounter’s of California.
