Hot Stamping

We have all the proper equipment to perform hot stamping on your projects. We currently employ the use of hot stamping on a large scale basis for many of our products.

Hot stamping is a process where a heated engraved image or hot stamping die is forced down against the material to be printed with the marking foil sandwiched in between. Where the raised area of the die strikes the material, foil or ink is transferred.

Hot stamping is a very permanent process. When a part is marked with a properly formulated foil, it can withstand some very harsh conditions. When using a metal die on a plastic part, you can actually brand the part at the same time. So, if the color should fade or wear off the branded image will remain. Click here for more images.
