APPF operates a modern 65,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Garden Grove, California that is equipped to perform a wide range of processes necessary to meet the requirements our customer's vinyl and urethane fabricating projects. Our primary capabilities include: heat sealing, industrial sewing, quilting, and count tooth zipper installations where interchangeability is required. We work with PVC, Urethane, Film and Sheeting both supported and unsupported. We have extensive experience fabricating a wide range of products large and small, like Medical Operating Room positioning devices, Window clear waterproof zippered urethane camera cases for $60,000 commercial TV Cameras, to "LAMS" components like nylon restraining straps and 100' long 300 pound tension fabric building panels made with triple laminated PVC sheeting. These large complex interchangeable panels are combined to make Large Area Maintenance Shelters (LAMS) used the by military for aircracft and ground vehical storage and maintenance.
