APPF Inc. brings its RF welding and industrial sewing expertise to the entertainment industry. We produce custom inflatable structures, soundproofing panels, projection screens, props, and specialty products for film, television, events, and theme parks.
One of our most notable projects: APPF fabricated the dome-shaped projection screens used on the set of "Postcards from Earth," featured at the Sphere in Las Vegas, NV. The screens — made from high-gain PVC plastic and pulled into a precise dome shape — were used to project a star field for a scene set aboard a spaceship.
